Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Perform failure analysis on defect sample (complaint/ in house) within agreed timeline.
  • Continual Improvement on failure analysis capacity and capability.
  • As lab trainer and supervise lab technician on FA and RoHS screening analysis
  • Laboratory management/ maintenance by compliance to relevant safety regulation.

Position Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering /Science (Physic/Applied Science/ Chemistry)
  • SEM-EDX, Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA)
  • CT Scan, FT-IR
  • ED-XRF (RoHS Screening analysis)
