Position Profile:
Work as not only Machine Engineer, but also Group Leader of operators

Machine set-up

• Execute installation and commissioning of sophisticated production machines and equipment using precision and high technology equipment and method. High accuracy adjustments (in µm) are required.
• Equipment to be used are precision level gage, survey level, block gage, dial test indicator and etc.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot and also perform necessary countermeasures to ensure that the setup machines and equipment are functioning according to design specifications.
• Finally Qualify the equipment for mass production with necessary documentation issued.

After setting-up machine

• To maintain and fine tuning of production machines to ensure specified quality products are produced.
• Identify and debug problems in processes, products, equipment and work for solution.
• Promote safe and healthy production environment and perform safe work practices always. Ensure equipments and work floor is clean, safe and well-maintained.
• Lead and direct operators to ensure production integrity.
• To attain and be a "Kaizen master" for the group of machine and operators to attain optimal efficiency.
• Provide technical support and produce required documentation to production to get successful product manufacturing.
• Implement machine preventive maintenance, machine trouble shooting, failure analysis and machines’ functional improvement activities.
• Implement new innovative ideas and required modifications on the machines, in a timely manner.
• Continuously reporting to keep management updated on all advancement and abnormalities in production process continually.
